This season brings a new, softer palate of colour to replace the current season’s bold shades. This blend of soft colours will give new life and emotion to clever combinations of style.

Aqua, diluted to lighter shades of aqua, soft mint with strong jade represent the cooler palate. Delicate shades of rosé contrast with soft red-orange and sunny yellow. Lavender adds subtle light. Bold Absinthe invigorates the natural linen tones and light, neutral nuances of grey are, next to black and white, the foundation of a more subdued neutral mood.

Fabrics and yarns compliment the soft colours. They feel light, fine and precious. Wash and pigment effects are more refined. The addition of silk, viscose and lyocell combined with cotton and linen encourages fluidity and flattery to the figure. Visually the subdued patterned fabrics almost look plain . The addition of elastic ensures comfort of wear, especially in the slim trousers and fitted jacket styles. Apart from being our steady basics, jerseys and knitwear are a must to combine as well as accent the look. Cardigans, summer pullovers, sharp vests and pullunders in medium to lighter yarns, mould the silhouette whilst maintaining the comfort. Textured along with fine, new moulinés and boldness are the order of the day for knitwear.Two tone and multi coloured graphic patterns add life and style. Available in the collection as prints and double jacquards they enhance the beauty of soft colour combinations.

Silhouettes next summer are straight or slightly flared with fluid volumes which falls softly, flattering the figure and making a statement of elegance. Besides tapered fitted trousers, the straight, slim and long trouser is back on track. Also longer straight tops give a new direction while dresses and tunics continue to play a key role.

The petite, narrow-shaped jacket in fabric and knitwear gives a fitted, natural shoulder-silhouette. Not to be missed are the collarless version of these jackets. Soft folds combined with understated waterfall necklines demonstrate the precision of the cut.

Our colourful scarves are decorative and an accent to this new look. Prints are important but stripes and multi-colours add life and finish to any outfit. To compliment the collection, ball shaped patterned silver pendants and softly coloured long length mother-of-pearl necklaces are our choice of jewellery for next season.
